COVID-19 restrictions

While no formal Covid-19 restrictions apply to event any longer, we want everyone to feel safe and minimise the risk of taking home an unwanted viral souvenir from the Symposium. Therefore, we will be applying a 3G rule to our event (vaccinated, recovered or tested – “Geimpft, Genesen, Getestet”). Please bring your proof of vaccination, recovery or negative Covid-19 test and be prepared to show it upon request.
We also encourage the wearing of FFP2 masks when a distance of 1,5 metres cannot be maintained.
We will keep you updated on any changes in the Covid-19 restrictions that may apply to the venue leading up to the event.
The rules for travelling to Germany from abroad are always up-to-date here: Germany – EU Covid travel rules. We reserve the right to change the seminar from an on-site to an online format in case of unforeseen pandemic developments.

Participation in the alumni seminar is free of charge. Costs for accommodation (at our partner hotel) will be reimbursed. According to their country of residence, participants will receive funds to at least partially cover their travelling expenses. Full attendance and active contribution is required at all times; participants who cannot attend the seminar from beginning to end cannot receive funding.
