ACCOMODATION
All workshop participants will live in Howard Civil Service International House, which is only 15 minutes walking from TU Berlin Campus.

COVID-19 restrictions
We will keep you updated on any changes in the Covid-19 restrictions that may apply to the venue leading up to the event. We reserve the right to change the seminar from an on-site to an online format in case of unforeseen pandemic developments.
Reimbursement
Participation in the alumni seminar is free of charge. Costs for accommodation (at our partner hotel*) will be reimbursed. According to their country of residence, participants will receive funds to at least partially cover their travelling expenses. Full attendance and active contribution is required at all times; participants who cannot attend the seminar from beginning to end cannot receive funding.
*Cancellation policy of the hotel:
Cancellation on the day of check-in or no show on the day of check-in will result in a 100% deduction of the prepaid deposit.
Cancellations made within 1 day prior to the check-in date will be subject to a deduction of 80% of the prepaid deposit.
Cancellations made within 2-3 days prior to the check-in date will be subject to a deduction of 70% of the prepaid deposit.
Cancellations made within 4-6 days prior to the check-in date will be subject to a deduction of 60% of the prepaid deposit.
Cancellations made within 7-9 days prior to the check-in date will be subject to a deduction of 50% of the prepaid deposit.
Cancellations made within 10-13 days prior to the check-in date will be subject to a deduction of 30% of the prepaid deposit.
Cancellation up to and including 14 days before the check-in date (local time) will be charged 0% of the deposit.
